The Recently Revised 2023 Chapbook
Ghosts Found
Ghosts Found is a hybrid collection of essays, poems, and short stories exploring what lingers in grief, anger, hope, memory, and the selves we thought we’d left behind. Featuring pieces like Letters to Anger, Letters to Hope, A Whitman Sampler, and The House on Ocean Avenue, the book moves between lyric reflection and quiet unease. These works aren’t about ghosts so much as aftermath: the emotional residue of love, loss, place, and survival.
Publications
Welcome to my collection of written works—personal essays, reflections, and creative explorations that speak to healing, identity, and self-discovery.
Through storytelling, I document the messy, beautiful process of being human: navigating family dynamics, mental health, neurodivergence, and the lifelong journey of reclaiming joy.
Whether I’m writing about boundaries, hope, grief, or growth, my goal is to offer honest, grounded insights that resonate with fellow seekers, survivors, and creatives. These pieces are drawn from lived experience, daily practice, and a belief that vulnerability is a source of strength.
I invite you to read, reflect, and find connection in the words below.

Adulting is also the ability to understand that there are things that I deserve unconditionally. Safety, kindness, rest, health, peace are baseline concepts that are universal. The ability to thrive, to get help when I need it, and freedom from the blame of things beyond my control are also keys to advanced adulting.
