Happy New Year Everyone! Thank you for making 2015 amazing. According to the Grammarly App, I wrote over 200k words, and on Upwork I served over 50 clients with their logo design/ web design and branding needs. It is truly remarkable what the internet is capable of. If it wasn’t for the web I wouldn’t be able to reach so many people. I am so grateful this past year for the brilliant people I got to meet and help realize their vision for their own personal brands. Now I’m going to take the time to work on my own! This year in 2016 there are big changes to the LR Graphics website and social media accounts. LR Graphics of NY is turning into A Designer Explains. Yes, the blog is taking over! As well as more creative content. A kindle ebook is on the way, a collection of my best advice that I can offer to students and people getting in the trade for the first time.
A little slice of life here: I’m sitting at my desk in my office/ guest room thinking about all the things I want to accomplish in 2016. But hopefully I’m not overwhelming myself with my short list of things to do. I have a few projects scheduled for mid January, so hopefully I can get enough content in the queue for all of you so I don’t have to miss a week on the blog. Besides cats, art, writing and drinking way too much espresso, I’ve started a new exercise routine via PsycheTruth on Youtube. I’ll link that at the end. I’ve also been doing the facial steam every morning, see the link down below, and it’s really helping my skin plus it’s opening my sinuses. So big win all around!
