No, it's not news that I heart cats. Instagram is where I spend most of my social media marketing and that means it's my place to play with my free time too. I have a few favorite cat accounts I follow, but here is my top five ranked in no particular order:
Toothless, the short haired black cat, is one cute little lady. I don't know why I just love a black cat, might be my inner witch? She's just so super puffy and reminds me of my own black cat. She definitely has a resemblance to Toothless the dragon, but she's a 'girl dragon' it says so in her bio. She also seems to like her little outfits, which earns extra cute points.
If you ever watched Jackson Galaxy on Animal Planet, you'll remember Albert the Munchkin cat from "My Cat from Hell". He wasn't so bad, but he was licking his owners non stop, to the point of keeping them up all night with his sand paper tongue! He's better now that he's got things to do, like manage his Instagram account. He's got a big following despite being a tiny munchkin. I really like the cleaver captions, and his marking are lovely. His face looks like a starfish, and he's got the body of a fuzzy puffer fish.
You are my soul, it's Umo, or "it sumo" maybe :) I love rescue cats, and this account follows some travel things plus a house full of rescue cats named Kuma, Benito, Torovino, Isis, Zeus, Lemon, Nieves, Pinky, Ramby, Kimi, Kissa, Rocky, Simbi, and Cata. I really don't know much about the owner of the account but I love the photos and the travel narrative with saving cats as a part of that. Follow them HERE
Nala Cat! What a sweet face, and her buddy Coffee is adorable too. Again, I don't know much about this account or the owner but I know what I like and big round furry faces are my jam. This account has about 3 million followers, so I'm definitely late to this party! But better late than never, right?
Nero Black Cat is another ebony beauty I follow. I've never seen a black Scottish fold cat before! The pics are great but I really follow for the videos of Nero playing with the toys. The owner is located in Bangkok, Thailand. I just think it's interesting, the look of this cat is unique. I'm sure there are other black fur Scottish folds... but Nero's nose is just so juicy and his eyes look so big in certain pics!
