From Miles to Mandalas: A Creative Journey in Motion

I used to run ten miles three days a week, carving out long, meditative paths through the scenic hills of Corning, NY—America’s Glass Capital. That rhythm grounded me, until a torn plantar plate tendon brought me to a literal standstill. I kept walking on it, unknowingly weaving scar tissue into the wound and ending my long-distance running days.
But the momentum didn’t stop—it just shifted.

Instead of miles, I began building visual narratives. With over 15 years of experience in branding, web design, and content strategy, I’ve created compelling digital spaces and identities for everyone from LGBTQIA+ nonprofits to real estate professionals and veterans’ organizations. Whether it’s designing logos, illustrating queer poetry, or writing health content, my work is rooted in empathy, precision, and a deep respect for storytelling.
Corning may no longer be my running track, but it remains the backdrop for my creative evolution. I bring the same dedication and endurance to every project that I once brought to every mile.
