As the Wolf Moon passes, I’m noticing what it stirred and what it asked me to release.

This moon always feels like a threshold—midwinter, spare and honest, when the noise falls away and what’s true gets louder.

I’m reflecting on boundaries I’ve learned the hard way, instincts I ignored for too long, and the strength that comes from choosing clarity over comfort. The wolf doesn’t apologize for needing space. It listens. It moves when it’s time.


As this moon wanes, I’m carrying forward discernment, self-trust, and the permission to protect my energy. Not everything is meant to come with me into the next season—and that’s not loss. That’s wisdom.
